These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the businessmove.eu website (the "Site"). By using the Site, the user acknowledges having read and accepted them.

1. Site publisher

The Site is published by Noir de Monde, whose registered office is located in Belgium – Walloon Brabant. Contact: info[arobas]businessmove.eu. Hosting: the Site is hosted by BeHostings.

2. Purpose and nature of the Site

Business Move is an information website and an independent directory of movers and service providers for corporate relocations in Belgium. The Site publishes editorial content (guides, articles, benchmarks) and offers decision-support tools, including an estimate calculator. Business Move is not a mover, does not carry out any relocation and is not a party to any contract concluded between the user and a service provider. Its role is limited to informing, comparing and guiding.

3. Value of the information — no warranty

The information published on the Site is provided for information and guidance purposes only. Despite the care taken in preparing it, Business Move does not warrant its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, technical, financial or otherwise) in any way. All information must be checked with qualified professionals before any decision or commitment.

4. Price estimates and calculator — no commitment

The cost estimates, price ranges, orders of magnitude and calculator results provided on the Site are generated automatically from the data entered by the user and from indicative averages. They are mere orders of magnitude, intended to provide a point of reference. They do not constitute a quote, an offer or a contractual commitment on the part of Business Move or any service provider, and have no contractual value whatsoever. The actual price of a relocation depends on many factors specific to each situation (volume, access, distance, IT equipment, schedule, services, unforeseen events). Only a quote drawn up by a professional, following a site visit or review of the case, has value. Business Move accepts no liability for the use of these estimates or for any discrepancies, however significant, between the amounts shown and the prices actually charged.

5. Limitation of liability

The user uses the Site at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Business Move cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to the Site, its use, the use of the information and estimates it contains, or any inability to access it.

6. Third-party links and providers

The Site may link to third-party websites, in particular Go to the Point and any partners. Business Move has no control over these sites and their content and accepts no liability for them. The presence of a provider in the directory does not amount to a recommendation or a warranty as to its services, prices or reliability.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content (texts, guides, visuals, logos, trade marks, structure) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Personal data

Any data the user provides (for example a postcode or contact details) is processed solely to deliver the requested service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 9. Availability of the Site

Business Move endeavours to keep the Site accessible but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. The Site, its content and its tools may be changed, suspended or removed at any time, without notice.

10. Changes to the Terms

Business Move may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of consultation is the one that applies.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nivelles, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.
