This policy explains what data Business Move processes when you visit the businessmove.eu website (the "Site"), and how your rights are safeguarded. It supplements the terms of use.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Noir de Monde, whose registered office is located in Belgium – Walloon Brabant. Contact: info[arobas]businessmove.eu.

2. Our principle: as little data as possible

Business Move is an information website. To date, we neither collect nor keep any personal data about you. The estimate calculator and the forms work in your browser: the information you enter (for example a postcode, your company name or an email address) is used solely to display a result or to prepare a message that you send, and is not stored on our servers. We do not create an account and keep no database of visitors.

3. Technical logs from the host

Like any website, our host (BeHostings) may keep connection logs (IP address, date and time, pages viewed) for security and proper operation, for a limited period. These logs are not used by Business Move for commercial or profiling purposes.

4. Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

The Site may use an audience-measurement tool, Google Analytics, to understand how it is used (page views, referral source) and to improve its content. These cookies are only set after your consent, obtained via the banner shown on your first visit. You can refuse with no consequence for your browsing. If you accept, cookies are set and browsing data may be processed by Google; IP-address anonymisation is enabled. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

5. Cookies

  • Strictly necessary cookies: the Site stores a few preferences locally (language, light/dark theme, consent choice). They require no consent and are not used for tracking.
  • Audience-measurement cookies: see point 4; subject to your consent.

6. Recipients and sharing

We neither sell nor rent your data. The only third parties that may be involved are our host and, if you consent, Google (audience measurement). The Site also links to third-party sites (in particular Go to the Point and any partners), which have their own privacy policies.

7. Retention period

As Business Move keeps no personal data, no retention period applies on our side. The host's logs and any audience-measurement cookies follow their own, limited periods.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info[arobas]businessmove.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.

9. Changes

This policy may change, in particular if audience measurement is actually enabled. The version published on the Site at the time of consultation is the one that applies.
